Our story

Four friends. One grandmother's recipe.

SWAADS began in a Bay Area kitchen, with four friends from Nepal and one recipe carried across generations.

Every momo we make is hand-folded, the way Poonam's grandmother taught her eight pleats, real broth, no shortcuts. We bring you Himalayan flavor as it's meant to be tasted: real, made with care, made by hand.
